Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('User' or 'you'), and VJNEX ('Platform', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of the VJNEX Developer Platform, including our client-side utility sandboxes, professional feeds, and gamified community spaces.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services. By creating an authenticated account, subscribing to content feeds, or utilizing local formatting and visualization tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the entirety of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our developer resources and must discontinue use immediately.

User-Owned Code Payloads: VJNEX respects developer IP. All source code, JSON schema payloads, configurations, and datasets that you paste, upload, or process within our JSON Formatting Sandbox, Diff Comparison Engine, or 3D Graph Visualizers remain your exclusive property. We do not claim any proprietary rights or ownership over your visualizer inputs.

Browser Memory Stack Boundaries: To ensure developer security, all formatting and visualization logic is executed strictly client-side within your browser's local memory. VJNEX does not store, transmit, or inspect your data models. You represent and warrant that your visualizer payloads do not violate third-party copyright, trade secrets, or non-disclosure agreements.

Limited Public License: For public contributions that you explicitly submit to the platform (such as articles, comments, or Idea Hub suggestions), you grant VJNEX a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content solely for operational community purposes.

Fair Engagement Standards: To maintain a productive environment on our developer dashboard and the Idea Hub, all user interactions must represent genuine, human-generated activity. Upvoting, bookmarking, and saving contributions must be conducted manually through our standard user interface.

Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scripts, bots, click-farms, emulator profiles, or multi-accounting schemes to manipulate the Idea Hub leaderboard or artificially inflate upvote tallies. Spamming duplicate comments or posting abusive suggestions is grounds for immediate termination.

Audit and Enforcement: VJNEX reserves the sole right to monitor engagement telemetry, audit voting logs, prune suspicious upvote records, and permanently suspend or blacklist accounts that violate these guidelines.

Fulfillment Criteria: Top contributors on the Idea Hub may qualify to receive digital gift cards (e.g., $10 Amazon Gift Cards). These rewards are disbursed at our sole discretion based on verified contribution points, community feedback quality, and active moderation approval.

Anti-Fraud Verification: Prior to reward distribution, selected accounts are subject to a rigorous compliance check. Any evidence of scripting, vote collusion, account cloning, or temporary email utilization will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of pending rewards.

No Cash Value: VJNEX gift card rewards are strictly digital vouchers. They hold no cash value, cannot be redeemed for physical currency or bank transfers from us, and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior liability.

AS IS Warranty: The VJNEX Platform, including all client-side tools and developer sandboxes, is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding system uptime, the accuracy of parsed visualizers, or the complete absence of software bugs.

Liability Limitations: In no event shall VJNEX, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, browser heap memory crashes, data loss from LocalStorage, browser freezing, or hardware overheating) arising from your interaction with the platform tools.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VJNEX harmless from any claims, losses, or demands (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your User Content or violation of these Terms.
