This policy details how VJNEX processes and protects developer data, including accounts, profiles, and interactive tools.
Welcome to VJNEX. We are dedicated to maintaining robust privacy protections for our community. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the VJNEX Developer Platform, including our technical articles, developer utilities, local formatting sandboxes, and the gamified Idea Hub.
By registering an account, subscribing to feeds, or interacting with our development tools, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy. If you do not consent to these terms, please do not provide personal information or upload configuration files.
2. Personal & Account Information
We collect basic profile details (name, email, phone, role) and custom profile pictures to verify community participation.
Account Credentials: Standard registrations require you to establish a secure username, email address, password hash, phone number, and professional role. This metadata is strictly used to authenticate your session and personalize dashboard layouts.
Profile Customization: To customize your developer identity across public threads and leadership blocks, the platform allows you to upload custom profile pictures. These images are base64-encoded and securely saved in your authenticated profile record.
Leaderboard Telemetry: To maintain a fair upvoting queue on the Idea Hub and reward contributors, we log upvotes, saves, and discussion threads associated with your account identifier.
3. Browser Sandbox & Local-First Boundary
All code payloads, configurations, and JSON files processed in the visualizer and diff tools remain completely local to your browser.
Zero-Transit Code Processing: All configurations, schemas, and datasets loaded into our JSON Formatting, Diff Comparison, or 3D Graph visualization tools are processed strictly within your browser's local memory stack. VJNEX does not transmit, store, or review your parsed file code.
Local Storage Integration: Local settings such as light/dark mode preference are stored inside your browser's LocalStorage and do not compile to external databases unless explicitly authorized.
4. Data Usage, Sharing, & Security
We use details strictly for security audits, gift card rewards verification, and spam protection. We never sell your data.
Anti-Abuse Verification: We monitor session activity to prevent leaderboard manipulation, upvoting bot scripts, and denial-of-service attempts.
Reward Processing: To verify eligibility and deliver digital gift cards (e.g. Amazon Gift Cards) to top-approved Idea Hub contributors, email addresses are processed for secure fulfillment.
Strict Sharing Limits: VJNEX maintains a zero-sharing policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email, contact details, or profile telemetry with third-party advertising brokers or external data aggregators.
5. Compliance & Your Legal Rights
VJNEX complies with GDPR and CCPA. You have full rights to request complete account deletion or data erasure.
Erasure and Correction: You have the right to review, update, or permanently delete your profile metadata (including email, username, phone, and uploaded profile image). Account deletions purge all related contributions.
